Access and account security
Public pages can be read without a wallet. Playing requires a supported wallet and an account. You must have the legal capacity and permissions required in your jurisdiction for any transaction. Keep recovery phrases and private keys secure. Connecting or signing a login message is different from authorizing payment; inspect each wallet request.
Purchases and random rewards
Shop purchases use wallet NOKI. Purchased chests award randomized heroes; a purchase does not guarantee a particular hero, rarity or monetary return. With an available active slot, the hero joins the roster; otherwise it becomes a corresponding unique fragment. Prices, quantities, availability and network charges are shown before confirmation. Network confirmation is required for delivery.
Marketplace, withdrawals and risks
The marketplace uses the in-game NOKI balance, not a new wallet payment. Check the listing and fee before confirming. Withdrawals follow the displayed eligibility, limits, processing and network confirmation; pending is not paid. NOKI is a cryptoasset whose value and liquidity can change. No guaranteed income, exchange value or investment return is offered. Digital heroes are not automatically on-chain NFTs.
Fair play and community
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate payments, impersonate others, spam, harass or use multiple accounts to evade promotion limits. We may review suspicious activity and restrict affected actions or accounts, subject to applicable law. Use contact@nokinest.com to contest an error or request review. A security check is not a request for your wallet secrets.
Availability, disputes and legal rights
Updates, maintenance, wallet providers and blockchain congestion can affect access and processing. Features and prices may change; review current details before each purchase. For missing delivery, uncertain payments or refund requests, send the order or transaction reference to support before repeating payment. We review cases under applicable consumer law; statutory rights are not waived by these terms. Site artwork and branding remain protected.
