NOKI Watchers Rules

Version 1

The NOKI Watchers program is built around responsible participation, transparency and fair contribution to the NOKI community.

By becoming a Watcher, you agree to the following rules:

1. One person, one Watcher identity

   Each participant may maintain only one Watcher identity. Creating or operating multiple accounts to gain an advantage is not permitted.

2. Genuine referrals only

   Referrals must come from real people who independently choose to join the NOKI community. Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated accounts, purchased accounts or fabricated participation are not permitted.

3. No manipulation

   Attempts to manipulate referral attribution, membership evidence, qualification, rankings or any other Watchers system mechanism are prohibited.

4. No spam or misleading promotion

   Watchers must not use spam, impersonation, deceptive claims, false information or misleading promises when promoting NOKI or sharing referral links.

5. Respect the community

   Watchers are expected to follow the rules of the official NOKI community and interact respectfully with other participants and team members.

6. Rankings and qualification follow system evidence

   Referral qualification, membership status and ranking results are determined by the NOKI Watchers system according to its recorded evidence and applicable program rules. They cannot be manually altered by Watchers.

7. Participation does not guarantee rewards

   Becoming a Watcher, submitting referrals, qualifying referrals or appearing in a ranking does not by itself guarantee payment, tokens, prizes or any other reward unless a specific reward program is officially announced with its own applicable terms.

8. Administrative action

   NOKI may reject an application, deactivate a Watcher or restrict participation when there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, fraud, repeated rule violations or conduct that threatens the integrity of the Watchers program.

   Historical referral, qualification and ranking records may remain preserved even if a Watcher is later deactivated.

9. Rules may evolve

   Material changes to these rules will be published under a new version. Acceptance of Version 1 does not automatically constitute acceptance of future versions.
